It would be an innovative feature to allow affiliate members to own a certain area, like a city or a country, similar to a franchise. For example, an affiliate from a specific country would earn a commission for all orders and/or registrations originating from that country, perhaps even regardless of whether it came from an affiliate URL or not.
Optional: Alternatively, the system could offer the option to grant the country-localization commission only when an affiliate URL is used, or, conversely, not require an affiliate URL at all.
